“Dear graduates,

I congratulate you on the occasion of the end of the school year and the beginning of the new and important phase of your life.

Now, you are required to more consistently combine the possibilities, skills and capabilities, the efforts of thought and body, more attentively listen to the advice and inner voice, being guided impassively and emotionally, at the same time never betray the voice of your conscience.

As a result of all this, you will definitely reach your goals, which being personal - they shall be stemming from the interests of the whole nation, being meant for families - they should also be in accordance with the interests of the whole country. The upbringing received in your family hearth, and of course, at school, your parents’ and teachers’ advice, your knowledge and experience, obtained and still in need of enrichment, will definitely be useful in all stages of your life and, particularly, in the coming years. It will be a period of sustaining, formation, thinking in a new way, considering and acting, which will become crucial and directing for the remaining years.

You are entrusted to defend our state, educational and scientific borders and further expand them, protect peace and make it more stable, increase the potential of the country, possibilities and turn them into advantages, become a dignified, decent citizen and a brave soldier, the guard of the house, Motherland and honour.

I am sure that due to your efforts and work, your goals will be reachable, the dreams - accomplishable, and the successes - inevitable.
